SOLUTION
As a new professional software tool for photographers and agencies, our client's Apple Design Award-winning app aimed to grow rapidly to attract new venture capital. Utilizing a rapid test, learn, and iterate approach, we introduced incredible video ad campaigns to drive growth, while also focusing on organic growth levers such as blogs, podcasts, and long-form video content. Additionally, a B2B marketing approach was deployed to target agencies.
KEY RESULTS
Scaled SaaS revenue from $200K ARR to $2M ARR over 2.5 years Closed a $2.5M round within the first year. CAC at $80-$120 per pro user against an LTV of $400+ 8M app downloads on the app store. Used a B2B marketing playbook to scale agency to $2M in annual revenue offering custom cinemagraph activations and media campaigns.
